Full ultrasonic cleaning of all vacuum-side components

Component Replacement
Charcoal array (15K condensing array) - the heart of cryogenic absorption
Indium gaskets and all O-rings
Inspection & Testing
80K condensing array (inlet array) - inspected, tested, replaced if capacity degraded
Radiation shields - verified for proper spacing and integrity
Hydrogen vapor gauge (if equipped) - calibrated or replaced
Temperature diode - inspected, tested, replaced if degraded
All internal surfaces checked for contamination or corrosion
