CTI Cryopump, Spare Parts & Rebuild Kits
The fastest way to recover from an unexpected failure is to already have the right part. Applied Cryogenics stocks the critical spare parts your CTI cryopump and compressor need, sourced right, stored properly, and ready to go. If you're not sure what you need, call us. We've been diagnosing these systems since 1992.

Required when helium-circuit contamination causes sluggish or intermittent coldhead operation, commonly heard as ratcheting. Left unaddressed, contamination progresses to coldhead drive seizure and full failure. The decontamination manifold is the correct first step before that happens.
Everything needed to restore coldhead performance: seals, displacers, and wear components. A coldhead rebuild is significantly less expensive than a full pump failure, and it's the right call when you're seeing reduced cooling capacity or extended regeneration cycles.
Traps compressor oil vapor before it enters the helium circuit. Once the sorbent material reaches capacity, oil passes through and contaminates downstream components. Replacement every 1–3 years is standard practice, skipping it is one of the most common causes of avoidable compressor damage.

Cryo Temp Monitor

Modular temperature monitoring for CTI cryopump sensors. Precision 10µA current source, 24VDC input, analog voltage output (2.375V at 330K to 9.85V at 12K), compatible with PLC or computer integration. Slope formula included. Reliable real-time visibility into pump temperature is essential for process-critical applications.
Charcoal Arrays

The charcoal array is the second-stage adsorbent that enables ultra-high vacuum by trapping residual gases at cryogenic temperatures. High surface area + low temperature = peak pumping speed. When your base pressure starts drifting or pump-down times increase, the charcoal array is one of the first things to check.
Helium Lines

Flexible high-pressure lines that carry cryogenic helium between the compressor and coldhead. Oil contamination in helium lines is a leading cause of cryopump degradation, inspect and replace on a regular maintenance schedule. We stock standard lengths and can advise on the right fit for your setup.
Cryo Fittings

Helium fittings, tees, unions, and couplings for CTI cryopump systems. Whether you're extending a line, replacing a worn coupling, or reconfiguring a compressor hookup, we have the fittings in stock.
